Feed not updating videos from some channels despite new uploads

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Subscribe to several channels in NewPipe.
2. Go to What's New tab and refresh the feed.
3. Observe that videos from most subscribed channels appear as expected, yet new videos from certain channels remain absent from the feed without any error notification, making reliable reproduction difficult.
4. Manually open those channels and confirm that the new videos are present.

Expected behaviour

All newly uploaded videos on subscribed channels should appear in the What's New feed after refresh.

Actual behaviour

Some channels do not add their new uploads to the What's New list. There is no error message and the refresh finishes normally, but missing videos are only visible when manually visiting the channel page.

@foo404 If you turn on Settings>Content>"Fetch from dedicated feed when available", close NewPipe, open it again, and then go to update the videos on "What's new", does that problem still occurs?

@hollownights I never use the dedicated feed, as it sometimes returns incomplete information. That said, the bug I'm describing is quite pesky because it doesn't even notify you when it fails to fetch videos from a few channels. No notifications, no errors, nothing. I've observed this bug at least twice because I opened the official app and saw that some videos had been uploaded hours earlier, yet the NewPipe extractor didn't add those videos to the What's New feed after refreshing.

The dedicated feeds always have less information, but I asked you to give them a try so that we can try to discard some internal problem with NewPipe, cause the problem is either within NewPipe, or at the interface with YouTube, with YouTube throttling/blocking direct access to channels' pages (something that already happens, but may have gotten worse).
