Re-ordering content in a playlist.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a playlist
2. Add some content.
3. To re-order the videos, grab the = and move it up or down.

Expected behavior

The video should move up/down until the = is released, wherever in the list.

Actual behavior

The video is dropped only 1 up/down, even if still holding the =.
If I want to place the video 100 places higher, repeat the procedure 100 times!!!

It was working correctly till the update few days ago.
