"Mark as watched" missing from stream dialog

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to any stream view
2. Long press an item to bring up the dialog

Expected behavior

Dialog presents you with an option to "Mark as watched"

Actual behavior

Option is missing

Option present in the 0.28.0-33-202510070125 (old nightly build although I'm fairly certain the option was present in the 0.28.0 release)

Option missing in 0.28.1

I believe 4a00dbb introduced the change in behaviour

Apologies, watch history was turned off when reporting this which seems to remove the option. I happened to turn it off just before updating and forgot about it. I'll be closing the issue now.
