Drag problem while re-ordering items in a bookmarked playlist

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to any user created playlist.
2. Press the drag icon on the right edge.
3. Drag up or down.

Expected behavior

The item follows the drag until i lift my finger.

Actual behavior

The item moves only one position up or down and no further so you have to drag it repeatedly.

Confirm I can reproduce this.

Items can be actually moved more than for one item. They seem to exchange places every time it is possible (not when you untouch screen) so if you try to move the most bottom playlist even more down you will be able to move it more then for one item.

And since I am the last who messed with drag it is probably introduced by me 😅

Yeah... Bug is introduced by my 61c0d13. But it is strange because remember that I explicitly checked that it worked
