Steps to reproduce the bug

1-I open a video to watch it's content
2-The video is too long so let me check timestamps in video description or the comments
3-I click in a specific time to go to the topic im interested in
4-get a notification to enable pop up mode to be able to do the action in step 3 (why pop up mode should be enabled to be able to skip to a specific minute in the video !! make no sense, I'm not planning to exist the app or put a side while doing something else)

-I expect to jump to the specific minute without pop up mode being enabled
