Feature description

Option to force h.264 and FPS.

Why do you want this feature?

I wanna extend my battery life and by having these features, it helps out a lot for battery and performance

YouTube revanced has the H.264 feature

1. this title is not descriptive, you need to put that in the title

2. why do you need h264? if you do need it you can use revanced patched yt

3. most codecs are already supported in hardware, otherwise good enough in software (e.g. av1 with libdav1d) but av1 is not all yt streams.

How exactly is forcing FPS supposed to work? Even YT does not have this feature.

I'd also advise using your brain and not being an asshat. This is a public open source Github repository where anyone can comment and contribute. Not everyone that speaks here is an app developer, just as you are not an app developer.

They made valid points and asked valid questions. If you're not going to cooperate then please don't waste our time asking for us to help you when you won't meet us halfway.

In any case, I'll be closing this since it's requesting two things (FPS and codec). If you want this implemented, please follow guidelines properly and only request one feature at a time.
