Add an option to disable the popup mini player

Feature description

Add a setting that allows users to turn off the PiP mini player completely.

Why do you want this feature?

When the user clicks on a link in the video description, NewPipe tries to open it in the mini player and asks for picture-in-picture permission. There is currently no way to disable the mini player and play the video in the main player instead.

The timestamps are going to be handled correctly in the next version, no need to disable the popup player
