Add 50% to video speed 'Step' options

Feature description

Currently the 'Step' options for video speed are 1%, 5%, 10%, 25%, and 100%.

I propose adding 50% as I think this, 25%, and 100% are by far the most likely to be useful to users. If there is a desire to keep the 'Step' options numbered at 5, I propose removing the 1%. Maybe it is lack of creativity on my part, but I cannot imagine anyone using the +1% and -1% buttons. If there is some use-case for this, perhaps 5% could be removed.

Why do you want this feature?

I regularly want to modify video speed by increments of 50%. I have to imagine that a very large number of users would agree. In my view, this is the ideal increment but, for some reason, it is excluded.
