Alllow to switch to fullscreen BEFORE video is started

Feature description

Currently (NewPipe 0.28.0 from F-Droid), the "full-screen" option only shows up after you start playing AND the video prebuffers some. It would be very handy to be able to switch to full-screen ahead of time. NewPipe already knows enough about the video (aspect ratio etc) before more info is loaded to be able to do this.
