[nightly] button for saving external playlists is broken

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to any external playlist
2. Click on "save" button
3. It didn't change it is appearance but playlist is added to the list
4. Click one more time and nothing happens playlist isn't deleted

This might be caused by #12746
