Expose videos using a document provider

Feature description

By doing so other apps can have access to the videos, this way we could expose the videos to a DLNA server and stream them to TVs.

Also we could

• copy them
• back them up using rsync
• view them with external players
• share them

You name it. Plus adding the document provider should only require to add a couple of files
