[Android TV] Add ability to resize the popup player window

Feature description

Hi, I really enjoy using NewPipe on my Android TV box, but I have a problem with the popup floating window. The popup has a fixed size and I can't make it bigger in any way. My device doesn’t support PiP, so the overlay popup is the only option I can use, but on a TV screen the window is too small and it’s not possible to resize it. It would be very helpful if the popup window could be resized by dragging its corner or edge, like other floating windows on Android. Even a simple resize handle in the corner would be enough.

Why do you want this feature?

This would make the popup much more comfortable to use on TV boxes and large screens.

If you really don't want to add a function to adjust the size of the popup window, at least put in the settings a series of preset sizes of this popup window, which is not just a very small one, but also a medium and a large one.
