Feature description

Add a new preference to the options to change to the highest screen brightness when video is playing. Off by default.

The setting should only be enabled for the video player (when in fullscreen?), not menus and such.

Why do you want this feature?

Many gallery apps and media players have a setting to the default to the highest screen brightness value when viewing media. I practically always max out the brightness in Newpipe with its gesture when watching video, since displays typically then present at their best.
