Download queue lost

0.28.0 (GitHub release)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Trying to download a video, but not finishing it (leaving it mid-download)
2. Cause any event that freezes, suspends, or eliminates newpipe activity. (in my case, playing some heavy game that forces the system to free up application memory).
3. Return to Newpipe
4. Go to the download queue to see which download has disappeared. (it doesn't even show up as wrong or download paused)

Expected behavior

4. Wait for the download queue to remain intact (or miss as a failed download to retry again)

Actual behavior

4. Active download queue disappears

Additional information

I have my guesses, possibly this is because the app does not save the state of the downloads while they are active, which causes that when it is released from the system (See other events with similar situations) The app may not be able to retrieve pending downloads.

I think this was solved by #12550 in v0. 28.1
