Old videos are notified as "new"

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. subscribe to a YouTube channel
2. keep one or more videos unwatched
3. wait for "new video" notifications
4. old videos are notified as if they were new

Expected behavior

I would expect that I am only once notified about a new video, not daily.

Actual behavior

I get notifications for unwatched videos, regardless if they are new or not.

I have the same issue. I wasn't sure if it was working as intended or not because I just recently enabled this feature. I thought there might be another setting to indicate a time frame with which to consider a video as "new" and trigger the nofitication. For example, to only notify if video was published within the past XX number of hours or days. As it is, the feature is more of a nuisance than helpful.

This used to happen for me all the time, too. However, starting with 0.28.1, the flood of notifications for old videos only happens one time when I first subscribe to a new channel and turn notifications on for it.

I've imported all my followed/subbed channels, and this still happens on version 0.28.3
