Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open app while in portrait mode
2. Play any video
3. Exit main app, picture-in-picture starts in portrait mode
4. hit full screen on PiP player while in portrait mode

Expected behavior

Full app resumes in landscape orientation (sideways relative to user)

Actual behavior

App resumes in portrait orientation
