Add shuffle button on Android Auto play UI

Feature description

Add a shuffle button to the Android Auto UI.

Why do you want this feature?

While using it in my car, I noticed there's no playlist shuffle button.
I mostly listen to my playlists, so it gets a bit boring because they keep playing in the same order.
There's a shuffle button in the app, but why isn't it visible on the Android Auto UI?

Additional information

Please consider replacing the pointless close button with a shuffle button.

So this is actually solved here. The problem is that in Android Auto the player controls are the ones from the media notification, so if you want shuffle to show up you have to change the notification buttons in the settings.

I have created an issue #12668 to address fixing this problem for Android Auto so issues like this won't be made anymore.
