New Pipe Drains Battery While Using Android Auto

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Use android auto, play a song from search or playlists
2. cook your leg if you phone is in pocket

Never had this issue before. My commute is normally 50 minutes total per day and in that time NewPipe uses 30-40% battery on it's own. My battery health is great, I'm used to going 30 hours between charges when only playing back from local files with VLC, but now I get home with <25% battery instead of 50-60%.

Expected behavior

Not to kill my battery in one hour

Actual behavior

Kills my battery and heats device to the point of being uncomfortable to handle for any length of time.
