Adding Rutube support

Feature description

It would be nice to integrate functionality for viewing videos at Rutube using the same way we do for YouTube. In the sub-menu with the list of available providers, a new one for Rutube may be added.

Why do you want this feature?

I don't see a reason why don't have this feature implemented.
