Firstly, please update to the latest version 0.28.0.

Secondly, can you give more details on what circumstances causes this error so we can understand how to reproduce it?
How often does it happen? Does it happen only on this video?

Update the android system web view app. Then try again with a different IP address. If the IP address is blocked, the potoken will not work.
