Brightness Control on video seems of

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open a video in fullscreen
2. Play with the brightness controls

Expected behavior

brightness behaves like when using the system brightness control

Actual behavior

brightness is very off. Being at 3% already seems like 50%, and changing brightness between 80% - 100% seems like nothing changes at all.

System brightness bar is much more logical. There, the brightness seems to be adjusted evenly accross the whole bar
