Unable to properly load video suggestions below the video.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Search video.
2. select video.
3. check below the video whilst on the recommended videos tab.
4. Observe.

I know these steps sound like I'm being sarcastic, but it's really that simple.
The video recommendations underneath the video you've chosen to watch are 99% empty as of a few months ago.
Occasionally there's a single video or playlist in it.
I've attached two screenshots to showcase my point

But sometimes you get a single Playlist (which I've only had happen for some of Viger's videos, but I'm guessing that's just coincidence)

I figured we'd get an update for it soon enough but apparently no one reported it so here I am reporting it instead.

Expected behavior

Actually show recommended/similar videos based on the currently chosen video.

It stopped working a few months ago without any changes to NewPipe, so I'm guessing YouTube did something on their end.

Search (better, with different keywords?) for duplicates the next time you want to open an issue.

Please use nightly or apk from upcoming release candidate v0.28.0 which is pinned on the tracker for the time being. This issue has been already fixed in code with lot of other fixes, you can test RC2 for early features & bug fixes, thank you.
