Feature description

1. there can be collapsible sections in the playlist tab like in the sidebar of vscodium editor, or
2. there can be groups like "channel groups" on the subscriptions tab

Why do you want this feature?

• i want to quickly be able to manage my local playlists:
• i.e. watch, export, sort etc

currently the local playlists are shown interleaved with server playlists, and i have add both of them alot

Additional information

• this can be considered similar to Sort local playlists in groups / folders #1313
  but that one is generic user defined imperative grouping which has to be customisable.

here, i am only concerned with separating these based on the local/server type automatically.
this can be as simple as sort in implementation.

i.e. this one is in much smaller & easier scope than that.

one slight generic (& hence more broader in scope) is to group playlists by their publisher channel.

so:

• grouping local playlist will automatically be accomplished through that
• as local can be dealt as just a special case of publisher
