Broken titles when viewing content in another language

Affected version

v0.27.7

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set region to Japan
2. Set default language to Japanese
3. Set app language to Japanese
4. Set Android OS language to Japanese
5. Subscribe to a channel that is effected (specifically in my case the bug happened with https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU-TOIyElBGT0ma31bC3d4A and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEzyqpp5SAsJVrjGNM7L-Hg some channels aren't effected - such as ひろゆき and shu3, there doesn't seem to be a clear pattern)
6. Reload the feed - you'll see the titles are in English. If you click on the video they will change to the correct language.

Expected behavior

If all geographical/language settings are set to Japanese, the title should be in Japanese

Actual behavior

The title is in the incorrect language, until clicked on.

My phone has never been in English, and I'm connected to NordVPN's Japan server.

More Details on my part:

1. It affects the "Video" section of a channel (no need to subscribe to it) AND the normal search results
2. All app settings set to Spanish, except my device language which is English.
3. The videos are all spoken in spanish language, yet preview titles are in English, and once opened, the title switches to the original spanish version.

I set the content to be Spanish, so preview titles of "Video" section of a channel MUST be Spanish.

This is also true for some German channels that apparently have English translations. The phone, content language, content country etc. are set to German, the video plays in German, but the title is displayed in English, before opening the video. After opening, the title gets changed to the German original.

It would be great if there were an option (like with audio, see #12307), to always prefer the original titles and descriptions.

Skimming over #3089, I think they're talking about when you're on the actual video - where I'm talking about the feeds. But it seems like this would be caused by something similar - so I assume there is no solution that can be thought of at this time.
