Add ability to share URL to audio or video file

Feature description

I would like to be able from NewPipe to share with other Android applications an URL targeting to a (mp3/mp4/ogg/ogv, etc.).
I think this is pretty close to what is already done with the "Use external player" feature, except that if I'm not mistaken there is no way to get this URL and I don't think we can freely chose the application run with this feature.

Why do you want this feature?

I understand that this URL would probably be temporary but I think it gives the user more way to download/play the file in other applications or devices.

Additional information

We can imagine to have another button next to the Share button.
This button can show a GUI similar to the one used for the Download feature or the quality and type of file can be configured in the settings (similar to what is done for Default format/Default quality).

Search issues with keywords: share url externally and you shall get your issue #3448 , however you might not get the wanted functionality now as that has been rendered useless over the years by YouTube.

However I don't understand how such feature has been made useless by YouTube? Otherwise I wouldn't have asked for it in the first place…
