Feature description

A pair of simple user options in Settings → Content:

“Show Shorts” – toggle to hide all YouTube Shorts (including Shorts tab, shelf, and embedded Shorts).

“Enable Comments” – toggle to disable displaying of comments entirely (for a clean viewing experience).

Why do you want this feature?

Many users prefer focusing on full-length videos without distractions:

“If I want a TikTok I’ll go on TikTok… don’t flood my feed with obstacles”

“I want a feature to hide all shorts.”
