[YouTube] Shorts only playlists show up as empty

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. open a playlist which contains only shorts, for example this one:
   https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF_wpIRqZTyu-_d2nmMKYf4yI3J1SiNei
