Add option to Hide profile picture of comments

Hide profile photo of comments

Why do you want this feature?

Some accounts have inappropriate profile in them. So please add this option

Additional information

I know there is option to hide entire comment itself but I don't need that because if someone one is watching a lecture there will be useful timestamp

I think this is a nice feature to include. I would like to contribute to this project by implementing this for you :)
I'm thinking about creating a toggle option within the app settings.
