Affected version

0.27.6

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Have a playlist with enough songs to fill the screen
  2. Scroll down a bit
  3. Drag an item at the top of the screen and move it down past the next item. Easier to reproduce when the item you drag is as far at the top of the screen as possible, maybe even cut off a bit.
  4. Once it moves past the item, it glitches and flies down the playlist instead of only moving one step.

Expected behavior

It moves normally as it would if I moved it on any other part of the screen.

Actual behavior

The playlist item is moved several places down in the playlist in a short time which is not what I want
