[YouTube] Error HTTP 403 while playing

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Tap on any video
2. Watch it

Expected behavior

The video should keep playing until the end.

Actual behavior

The video randomly stops playing and a notification shows up saying "NewPipe encountered an error, tap to report". Upon closing and re-opening the video, it stops again at the same timestamp with the same notification. This has happend for multiple videos and it seems to happen more frequently when queueing videos. Closing and re-opening the app each time it happens "fixes" the issue.

I should also mention that this has been happening a LOT more frequently in 27.6 than in previous versions. SoundCloud used to kind of be "exempt" from most of YT related bugs but now 27.6 it seems to be a global issue.

YT has made a change to support POtoken. This needs to be fixed to prevent http 403 errors in the future. Freetube, Ytdlp and Grayjay have encountered this problem. There is a fix

It seem 403 occurs again due to YT switching to video bound poToken (instead of visitorData bound poToken)
This PR just makes local API use former for all stuff now (the latter is no longer used)
