[YouTube] No rewind possibility for live videos

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Watch a currently running live stream on YouTube.
2. Try to rewind the video/live straam (that is still in progress)
3. See extremely limited rewind capability

Expected behavior

Fix regression and have (at least) 15 minutes of rewind capability.

Actual behavior

Only a few seconds of rewind capability.

Imo, this bug deserves some attention.

We are aware about this and the problem is caused by the youtube client we are using (the web client). We used to use the ios client, which supported more-than-30s rewind but we can't pass the integrity checks for that one anymore. There is a format on the web client that is still able to rewind more than 30s, but currently NewPipe can't play it because YouTube provides the corresponding files in kind of a broken format, which we will need to manually understand how to fix. We want to do this by the next update or the one after that.

Libretube app (based on NP Extractor) uses ios client for livestreams and rewind works well. Maybe it is possible to use ios client in NP for livestreams only?

Yeah, live videos in NewPipe are very irritating I find for two reasons:

1. You can rarely rewind them, so have to wait until they finish, then watch the non-live video (the issue this ticket is for)
2. You cannot adjust the stream-quality of them, unlike on YouTube, so they use far-more mobile-data

I really wish these two issues could be addressed 🤞🏻
