External audio player is not always used

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Enable the external audio player option.
2. Long press on a video from search.
3. Select play in background.

Expected behavior

Since an external audio player is enabled, the audio should play there.

Actual behavior

The audio is played thru NewPipe's builtin player. The external audio player is only used in some circumstances, such as when selecting play in background from the video activity directly.

Also with "Play in background" from a playlist.

I think this could be trickier to fix... because it is a playlist. Could a playlist be sent to VLC, for example?
