eature Request: Floating Download Button and Bulk Playlist Download

What is/are your question(s)?

I use NewPipe on a fixed wall-mounted display in landscape mode.
In the current UI, the download button often disappears or requires excessive scrolling/swiping to reach. It is very difficult to access in certain layouts.

I would like to propose two new features to improve usability:

1. Floating Download Button:
   Add a setting to enable a "Floating Action Button" (FAB) for downloads.
   This button should be "Always on Top" and movable (draggable) by the user.
   Clicking the button should trigger the standard download selection menu (Video/Audio/Subtitles).
   This would ensure the download function is always reachable, regardless of screen orientation or UI scaling.

2. Bulk Download for Playlists:
   Add a "Download All" button to the playlist and queue view.
   This should open the standard download settings menu to apply settings (like MP3/Audio format) to all items in the list at once.
   It would save a lot of time compared to clicking every single video manually.

I tried changing the screen orientation, but since my device is fixed to the wall, a UI-based solution like a draggable button or a dedicated bulk-action button would be much better.

This would greatly benefit users with large tablets, car-infotainment systems, or wall-mounted home automation displays where standard swiping is restricted.
