Hi, I'm well out my depth with all this and can't play videos anymore and the screen shows 'sorry, something went wrong' can you recommend anything for me to do?
It started doing this for every few videos but not every one , and now I can't watch anything

The report button is for you to report this as an issue on Github. Since you have a github account and were able to make this discussion, then you should be able to click the report button and make an issue the same way.
