lint: Supress more translation related errors

They should be fixed by translators or weblate in general.

 ../../src/main/res/values-lt/strings.xml:87: For locale "lt" (Lithuanian) the following quantity should also be defined: many (e.g. "1.1 obuolio")
 ../../src/main/res/values-is/strings.xml:318: The quantity 'one' matches more than one specific number in this locale (1, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 101, 1001, …), but the message did not include a formatting argument (such as %d).
