chore(ci): remove the unused hotfix workflows (#55)

Both workflows came from the upstream project. They move a fix from the working
branch to a main branch with a dedicated push token and a hotfix label. This
repository has no main branch, no such token and no such label, so the cherry
pick job was skipped on every run and the release workflow could not work.
