Swapping areas does not clear the viewport

Dunno if it's a lack of server packet issue or what, but swapping areas should wipe the viewport clean as it swaps the backround in a "special way" (passing a pos in the BN#name#pos#% packet treats it as "wipe the viewport as well")

I didn't even notice this. Since most servers use the same backgrounds. This can be fixed. Thanks again.
