[BUG] Wispar cannot be executed on Ubuntu 26.04

Describe the bug
I try to use Wispar on Ubuntu 26.04. When executing the binary from the unzipped releases package, I run into the following error:

./wispar: error while loading shared libraries: libwpe-1.0.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Device (please complete the following information):

• Device: Desktop Computer
• OS: Ubuntu 26.04
• App version: v0.10.3+39

Hi! Thanks for opening this issue. I've also noticed this problem when I tried to package the app into a Flatpak. Other users of the package have reported the same problem in pichillilorenzo/flutter_inappwebview#2807

To fix it, you could install/build libwpe, but it doesn't seem to be available in the Ubuntu repos anymore. I will try the instructions to build WPE once I get some free time and hopefully get a Flatpak working.
