We're using Schematron extensively in PEPPOL, and we discovered a bug in iso_schematron_skeleton_for_saxon.xsl some time ago.

@klakegg This is a duplication of issue #29 and there is the open PR #41. You may consider closing this, so only one issue with the same bug is open.
