docs: changelog entry for the composer paste overflow fix

The overflow fix is user-visible, so the PR template requires a
CHANGELOG line. Verified end-to-end in a real Obsidian vault: a 200-line
paste previously overflowed the input box by 447px and covered the
toolbar by 486px; it now stays inside the box, caps at the max height
with internal scrolling, and shrinks back to the 140px baseline when
cleared.
