Add an update badge to the toolbar

- Check for new builds when the app starts.
- Show “New Update” or “N New Updates” in the toolbar.
- Hide the badge when there is no update.
- Keep it after a user skips a release.
- Open Check for Updates when the badge is clicked.
- Keep it on the right with a gray background and hover effect.
