Give feedbackNo fields configured for issues without a type.
The variables in cps.csv.gz that we need
openfisca-us-datato replicate are listed in the comment below. Each issue in this epic breaks the project down into a smaller group of variables that can probably be implemented together. For each issue (or variable added), we'll need to add them in a PR to the CPS module, with unit tests that check aggregates are close to expected values.
