feat: Distance along PolyLine

Function to return distance along a PolyLine. Useful if needing to get the distance along the "wall" for instance.

Note the warning:

Warning
This filter assumes that cells don't share points.

After the vtkStrip operation to organize "wall" points, the result is a single "cell" with all the points of the wall. Thus, this might not work.
