P0: integrate frontend redesign without evidence-boundary regressions

The redesign is based on an older main and currently conflicts with the RC. Local E2E also proves two release blockers: exact base-unit amounts disappear behind truncated decimal display, and the new Core tension provenance is hard-coded to FIXTURE. The comparison can visibly clip long values.

Acceptance:

• integrate onto current main without losing Clear402, Live recovery, current branding, security or STOP behavior;
• retain exact base-unit amounts and source references while allowing clearly secondary human formatting;
• derive every provenance label from the report;
• no clipping/overflow at 1440x900, 1280x720, 390x844, 360x800;
• loading/error/result and false/true Clear402 E2E pass;
• pnpm check, production smoke, exact-head CI, merged-main CI and refreshed Gate C/visual evidence pass.

Writable: PR #111 frontend/CSS/tests and the release QA reports/screenshots invalidated by the redesign. No server/domain contract change.
