Describe the UI issue
On the current Welcome page, there's a small Our Mission block that highlights our mission statement.
It looks great in light mode, but in dark mode, the color feels mismatched and stands out awkwardly from the rest of the page.

The color of the Our mission block should be adjusted to better align with the dark theme palette for a cleaner and more cohesive look.
There are several other sections with similar blocks, and we’ll need to update each of them as well.
