[UI]: Including a dot or point on right side page content bar

Describe the UI issue

There are vertical lines beside each page content bar. When we are at a particular content or section of the doc, that bar's content changes color to indicate the current section.
I think we should have a point or some kind of mark — it could be a rectangle, circle or any other shape — on the line aligned with the content title. The idea is to have a clear indicator on the line showing where we currently are on the page.
