More prominent backup encryption key

Problem statement

We have a few reports of users forgetting the existence of the backup encryption key...
Backing up one last time ...
Replacing the disk, or the hardware ...
And never being able to recover from there ...

Community signals

We do not have a lot of user signals, yet every one of our users experiencing this is basically a make-or-break experience.

In scope

• More prominent backup encryption key in Home Assistant

Not in scope

• Everything else, such as storing it on Home Assistant Cloud, etc. This opportunity is Home Assistant-focused.

Foreseen solution

• Better messaging during every backup touchpoint (Updates, Backup now dialog, etc)
• More prominent encryption key on the backup landing page
• Recurring prompting to enter the encryption key to avoid forgetting it? (It might be annoying, so to be discussed)
