How is lib/bel/script.rb generated?

How is the script.rb ragel output generated? Commits like 6529c5a indicate it's a manual process done as needed, but I don't see the right ragel incantation anywhere in the tree. Is there a script for this?

The ragel parsers within bel.rb were supplanted by bel_parser but some references to BEL::Script remain. I have opened #129 and assigned to myself.
