Feature request: html of result

Incredible tool!

Would it be possible to also get the report as html for safekeeping?

It is not terribly difficult to reformat the .json result, but it would be convenient for safekeeping.

FYI: you can also get unabridged JSON data from /results/<job_id> endpoint. Example:
https://prod.cytetype.nygen.io/results/6420a807-8bf3-4c33-8731-7617edfc2ad0

The current UI of the report is very interactive but not at all PDF friendly. We will need to build something from scratch.

What do you think about this plan (without many bells and whistles):

• Transform the content of /results/<job_id> into markdown, with proper headings levels. etc.
• Save markdown as PDF

What do you think, would that be just enough for safekeeping?

Hi all, Let me add something. I have tried it today and it's mindblowing!! I have had a python script transforming the results.json that GetResults() writes into an interactive html file by Claude in a few seconds...However, the json does not contain everything in the online report, like Justification, markers, etc. Of course the interactive use with LLM chat is awesome, but all the "static" data generated already, if produced and stored in a json can be easily transformed into an in teractive html to load and work in local. If you want I can share the python script but I'm sure you can do it better yourself. That could give us an html to run locally with the "definitive" results, while using the online version to interact with it via LLMs. Again reaaaaally cool stuff!! Jose
