Feature Request: Basic Authentication

Prerequisites

• The forum contains a few mentions of authentication

Description

Add username/password authentication to WorldWindJava.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected behavior: Expect to be able to use user/password authentication (ie. when fetching from a Geoserver) via WorldWindJava

Actual behavior: There is not a way to set basic authentication when using WorldWindJava.
